OUR PRODUCT RANGES :
NYLON RING TRAVELLERS : We specialise in the manufacture of Nylon Ring Travellers. Through all these long years we are proud to have developed a vast and widest range of Nylon Ring Travellers, in all designs, sizes and colours. At present we have travellers suitable for ring depths of 1/4" (6.3mm), 3/8" (9.5mm), 13/32" (10.3mm), 7/16" (11.1mm), 1/2" (12.7mm), 21/32" (16.7mm), 1" (25.4mm), 1 1/2 " (38.1mm) and 2" (50.8mm). Wide varieties of 'G' shaped and conical 'J' shaped travellers are also available with us. We have travellers of weight ranging from 40mg to 20000mg. We are proud to develop our special filler grade of nylon travellers (Grade G-1) which gives you extra long life by virtue of its superior abrasion resistance and at the same time not being too harsh on your rings by virtue of addition of special chemicals. |

STEEL INSERTED NYLON RING TRAVELLERS AND FLYERS :
We are also proud to have in our range Steel Inserted Nylon Ring Travellers which combines advantages of both steel and nylon travellers and gives you superior yarn quality along with long traveller life and low maintenance cost. Also we have developed some sizes of steel inserted nylon flyers against specific requirements from our customers. |

OTHER PRODUCTS :
Though we specialise in Nylon Ring Travellers, we have developed numerous other moulded products in Nylon and other engineering resins. We undertake development of products in PP, HD, PU, POLYCARBONATE, DELRIN etc. against bulk requirements. We welcome your enquiry for development of any other plastic moulded machinery spare-parts against bulk / regular requirement. We are one of the oldest and most experienced in the field of Nylon Moulding in India and we have all the latest equipments and automatic machines to produce zero defect nylon moulded products. We manufacture nylon pads, tyres, pinions, bushes etc. You name it and we have done it in Nylon. Also we have very skilled personnel to manufacture Nylon Products in any profile by way of machining from extruded nylon blocks and rods. |
